We are looking to expand our team with a Site Coordinator who could help manage daily construction operations and keep projects moving forward on schedule and within budget. • Site Operations What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Coordinating daily site activities and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Jira Supporting the Site Manager in tracking progress against timelines and budgets Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers and field teams to ensure work sequencing runs smoothly Maintaining site documentation, permits, logs and safety records Assisting with RFI (Request for Information) and change order management Supporting site safety compliance and helping to coordinate safety briefings and inspections Liaising between the field and office to resolve blockers and keep stakeholders informed Contributing to site meetings and progress reporting What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years' experience in construction coordination, construction administration or site management Working knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling and project controls Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance requirements Experience with Jira or similar project management tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced site environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Authorization to work in the
United States Nice-to-have:
