Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Install Manager to lead the installation phase of complex infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination, scheduling, and management of construction installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive seamless execution across multiple teams and subcontractors. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction installation activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications. Manage and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of installation work. Oversee construction budget management by tracking costs, managing change orders, and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization. Review construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation during installation processes. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout project execution. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid and Civil 3D for accurate resource planning and cost control. Maintain comprehensive project documentation using ProCore, Prolog, or other construction management software for progress tracking and reporting. Facilitate effective project communication through regular meetings, updates, and coordination with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor construction schedule coordination to prevent delays and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong focus on installation phases. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and other project management platforms. Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost management, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with a thorough understanding of construction plans and technical drawings. Effective project leadership skills with a focus on time management and project coordination from inception to completion. Knowledge of construction regulations pertinent to civil or commercial infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Valid experience in managing budgets and controlling costs within large-scale projects is essential.
