Job Summary:
Employment Services Coordinator is the crucial link who ensures programs and daily operations run smoothly by managing logistics, scheduling, communication, and resources, acting as the organizational glue that brings staff and tasks together to meet department goals efficiently. They will handle administrative support, track progress, manage budgets, liaise with stakeholders and focus on execution of daily operations.
Expectations:
Oversee all aspects of SEMP and Pre-Vocational Waiver Services ensuring Compliance with OPWDD and NYSID regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate, implement and monitor waiver vocational services in accordance with the agency Mission and Core Values. 2. Train staff to complete daily notes and assessments in Evero to ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations. 3. Ensure waiver enrollment and eligibility of individuals referred to program. 4. Supervise and monitor the establishment of written vocational plans and their administration. 5. Attend Life Plan Meetings when necessary. 6. Oversee and prepare all NYSID contracts, required paperwork, QER Reports ensuring compliance with NYSID regulations. 7. Prepare cost analysis for independent contracts as well as Service Agreements each year. 8. Act as the liaison for NYSID as well as other community contracts to ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Oversee Eleversity training requirements for each staff following OPWDD requirements. 10. Review billing documentation, prepare monthly billing, quarterly OPWDD electronic reports. 11. Review and upload Pre-Voc Annual Assessments into choices. 12. Ensure that units of services are met each month and make modifications for success when not achieved. 13. Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance with DOL issues. 14. Oversee Dust Busters business including providing support to staff, assist in individual 's schedules, training, and time off balances. 15. Responsible for staff evaluations 16. Ensure all vocational incidents are reported and appropriate follow-up is completed. Monitor incidents to ensure that appropriate reporting and follow-up are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with agency policy. 17. Preform other related duties as assigned by Program Director. Maintain a valid driver's license as well as other certifications or any other credentials that are required or necessary to carry out the responsibilities upon and throughout employment department.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Strong supervisory skills. Three to five years' experience working with the developmentally disabled in a pre-vocational setting and knowledge of waiver services delivery preferred. Computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:
