Job Description Lead commercial interiors, public, and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, reporting, and overall project performance Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents and project staff Maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
