About the Job Get out from behind a desk and lead where the action is. As our Tent Field Supervisor , you will run the show on-site, transforming empty spaces into spectacular event venues across New England. Working directly with the Director of Tent Operations, you will lead our field crews, solve real-time challenges, and ensure every massive tent installation is flawless, safe, and on time. What You'll Do Supervise, motivate, and mentor onsite installation and removal teams Own the set up by ensuring all equipment is installed safely, beautifully, and on schedule Verify accuracy by checking warehouse loads before departure against project paperwork Protect the fleet and oversee proper usage of company tools, equipment, and vehicles Maintain accurate onsite paperwork and log any project changes Inspect fabric and structures for quality; report any damages Maintain a high-energy, positive, and accountable team atmosphere Strategize Daily; Partner with management to build smart tactical plans for complex builds
Requirements:
What You Bring Required Proven ability to direct crews and hold teams accountable.
