The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes to effectively manage teams, resources, and schedules. Duties Manage construction project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs to stay within financial parameters. Oversee daily construction site operations or site supervison, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained. Develop, implement, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progress. Coordinate and handle submittals and change orders. Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing leadership and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders to track project milestones and performance. Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor work quality and address any discrepancies or delays promptly. Requirements Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in construction site operations. Demonstrated ability to manage construction budgets and schedules effectively. Proficiency in construction scheduling software and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to construction projects. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
