Construction Project Manager - High-End Custom Homes We're a custom home building firm known for craftsmanship and high-end residential construction, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction through final walkthrough Read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, and specifications Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to keep projects on schedule and on budget Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation using Procore Markup and manage plans, punch lists, and field reports using Bluebeam Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and designers to ensure expectations are met Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in custom or high-end residential construction Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore required Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs Tech-savvy with comfort using project management software and digital tools Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes a plus
