Senior (5+ Years preferred) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Project Executive and oversee all assigned construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep construction knowledge, and proven experience managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced residential construction environment. Responsibilities Support Project Executive on all assigned projects and operational tasks Oversee projects from preconstruction and subcontractor buyout through construction management and closeout Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and schedule complianc Develop, monitor, and enforce construction schedules Conduct site meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients Review scopes of work, contracts, budgets, and change orders Ensure compliance with plans, building codes, and safety regulations Identify and resolve project issues proactively Maintain project documentation and reporting Qualifications 5+ years of senior-level construction management experience preffered Strong knowledge of preconstruction, subcontractor buyout, and project closeout Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience maintaining construction schedules and budgets Strong understanding of contracts and cost control OSHA 30 required; PMP, CCM, or other certifications preferred Proficiency in construction management software Excellent communication and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Opportunity for growth within an established construction firm

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
