Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise construction teams, and collaborate closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and budgets. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a safe work environment while managing resources effectively and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contractual obligations. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite operations effectively. Assist in project budgeting, tracking costs, and managing contracts to stay within financial parameters. Use tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, project documentation, measurement verification, and quality assurance. Supervise construction teams by providing clear direction, managing performance issues, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and client specifications while maintaining high standards of quality control. Skills Proven experience in construction site supervision or assistant supervisory roles with hands-on construction site experience. Willingness To learn and expand knowledge. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam are a plus. Familiarity with contracts management and construction estimating processes. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining safety standards. Skilled in project scheduling and resource management to meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and managment.

$22.00 - $31.65 per hour
