Site Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with various teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software and technical tools. Your management expertise will drive project success while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Monitor project schedules to meet deadlines. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work, reviewing blueprints and schematics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Manage site budgets by tracking costs. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols including OSHA standards. Lead supervising efforts by mentoring team members, managing subcontractors, and resolving on-site issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety reports, incident logs, and inspection reports for accountability and future reference. Requirements Proven experience in supervision with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with safety standards including OSHA regulations; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and problem-solve efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and ensure clarity of project goals. Valid certifications in construction safety (OSHA) are preferred; prior heavy civil or pipeline project experience is advantageous.
