Team Pay:

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! We're looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Community Habilitation program. As a Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work one-on-one with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities, providing support at home and in the community to help them build independence and life skills. This is a flexible, fun, and rewarding role where you can make a direct impact. One of the great things about the people we support is that they are unique, with the ability to grow, develop, and be empowered. It takes a special person to help provide that opportunity. Cases are in Poughkeepsie and Red Hook What you will be doing: Teaching new tasksAssisting in the creation and achievement of life goalsPlanning activities within the community Working independently while collaborating with other team members

EXPERIENCE

Working with Individuals that have IDD preferred but not required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GEDPass all NYS and OPWDD background clearancesAttending a week and a half orientation in Red Hook
