You'll receive hands-on training while gaining valuable experience managing schedules, subcontractors, project documentation, budgets, quality control, and client communications. What You'll Do Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Help manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members Assist with procurement of materials and services Support subcontract preparation and change order management Track project costs, budgets, and accounting updates Review project schedules and help maintain project timelines Monitor project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation Attend job site meetings and assist with project reporting Perform regular jobsite visits for quality control and progress reviews Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Support project closeout activities to ensure successful project completion What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial building construction Experience supporting Project Managers or Construction Managers preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (2-year or 4-year) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to work within structured systems and meet deadlines Stable work history and strong work ethic Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with construction software is a plus) Travel Requirements This position requires frequent travel to active commercial construction job sites for project management support, quality control, meetings, and progress reviews. Candidates should expect to travel to project sites 2-3 days per week as needed .
