Job Description The LiRo Group seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for major infrastructure projects within our Construction Management division. Based on-site, you will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing quality and safety standards, interpreting plans and specifications, and maintaining detailed project documentation. You'll collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, reflecting LiRo's culture of teamwork, integrity, and innovation while supporting your professional growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations for infrastructure construction projects. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and resolve field issues. Maintain project documentation, reports, and communicate status to project managers and clients. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement on-site.
