Full Time About the Opportunity About the Opportunity An employee-owned real estate developer and general contractor with a deep, ongoing pipeline of ground-up multifamily projects throughout Westchester County is hiring a Superintendent to join the team long-term, starting on a large-scale ground-up affordable multifamily development in Tarrytown. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover, coordinating subcontractors, self-performed crews, and daily operations. This is a long-term career opportunity with a well-established, employee-owned builder, not a one-project assignment. Coordinate subcontractors, self performed crews, inspections, and daily site logistics. Drive project schedule, quality, and safety performance. Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly. Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and ownership. Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project milestones. Manage punch list activities and project turnover. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer builder. Proven experience delivering ground up multifamily projects valued at $50M+. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and site safety. Experience managing multiple trades and self performed work. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. OSHA 30 required. cob2
