Job Description NCO Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Construction Administrator to join our team as a full time employee supporting construction projects throughout the Northeast. This position is ideal for an experienced construction professional who is comfortable working both in the field and managing the administrative aspects of construction. The successful candidate will provide day to day construction oversight, coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders, monitor project progress, identify and help resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation. Responsibilities Provide construction management and construction administration support throughout project execution Monitor construction progress, schedules, milestones, phasing, material deliveries, and other project activities Manage and track submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), responses, and construction documentation Perform site inspections and monitor construction for conformance with plans, specifications, codes, standards, and project requirements Identify construction issues, deficiencies, risks, and potential schedule impacts and assist with resolution Support site safety inspections and follow up on identified issues Maintain accurate project records and verify as built documentation Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, facility personnel, and other project stakeholders Support commissioning activities, punch list development, corrective actions, and project closeout Participate in project meetings and document actions, decisions, and follow up items Prepare field observation reports, correspondence, photographs, sketches, and other project documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant construction management experience OR Significant relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, methods, and installation Experience with construction administration, field oversight, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, inspections, and project documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively represent NCO in a client facing environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to identify problems, communicate concerns, and work collaboratively toward resolution Experience supporting federal, healthcare, or other complex institutional construction projects is preferred Ability to work on site and travel within the Northeast based on project assignment
Compensation Base Salary:
$95,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment location. Eligible full time employees may also receive an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary, based on individual performance, successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and company performance.
