- White Plains, you will be responsible for: Leading all field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects Managing and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and site teams Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Driving project schedules and ensuring milestone completion Coordinating site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning Overseeing wood-frame construction from foundation through turnover Managing quality control and ensuring work meets project specifications Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project requirements Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams Conducting weekly progress meetings and project planning sessions Managing inspections, testing, and agency approvals Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Leading punch-list completion and project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Active NYC DOB Superintendent License 10+ years of Superintendent experience in construction Extensive experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects Strong wood-frame construction experience, including podium and wrap-style developments Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings Proven leadership experience managing multiple field teams Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction software OSHA 30 Certification required What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $160,000
