Coordinate project activities across construction workstreams to maintain progress. Track project schedules and address issues that may affect planned delivery. Monitor project budgets and communicate cost updates to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate contractors and project partners to keep work aligned with project plans. Review project progress and maintain clear records of key activities and decisions. Communicate project updates, priorities, and next steps to stakeholders. Help resolve day-to-day project matters to support successful construction delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Construction - White Plains should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, and project activities. Ability to communicate clear project updates and priorities to stakeholders. Experience working with contractors and project partners. Ability to track progress and maintain accurate project records. Ability to address project issues and keep work moving forward.
