Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Create QA/QC management plan with Project Team, QAQC Manager and In House Architect Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and project timelines. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Address any on-site challenges or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality expectations. Foster a collaborative and productive environment among the construction team. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - White Plains should have: Experience managing multifamily construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
