We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to manage residential restoration and reconstruction projects, primarily related to insurance claims involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage. This is a hands-on field position for someone who knows residential construction, communicates well, and can keep multiple projects moving from start to finish. What You'll Do Manage residential restoration and reconstruction projects from start through completion Coordinate subcontractors, employees, suppliers, schedules, and material deliveries Review project scopes, estimates, plans, and specifications before work begins Communicate regularly with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project Monitor schedules, budgets, workmanship, and overall job progress Conduct jobsite meetings, inspections, final walkthroughs, and punch lists Coordinate permits and required inspections Review subcontractor work and project-related invoices for accuracy Coordinate material takeoffs, deliveries, and returns Work with Estimators on changes or additional work identified during construction Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Complete required project documentation and assist with project closeout What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or restoration experience 2+ years supervising projects, crews, or subcontractors Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation Insurance restoration/reconstruction experience preferred Ability to read construction plans, estimates, and scopes of work Strong organization, scheduling, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities Comfortable using computers and learning construction software Valid driver's license We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well, solves problems in the field, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
