They specialize in custom homes, townhome and brownstone renovations, condominium renovations, and high-end remodeling projects throughout Boston and the surrounding communities. Known for their commitment to craftsmanship, employee development, and internal promotion, the company has earned multiple industry accolades for excellence in luxury residential construction and renovation. Job Description Manage luxury residential construction and renovation projects valued between $500K and $5M Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite construction activities Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and maintain jobsite safety compliance Communicate project updates with clients, project managers, and leadership teams Assist with scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and project documentation Perform light carpentry or hands-on construction work when project needs require Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and stakeholders throughout project execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Superintendent should have: 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction Experience managing high-end or luxury residential projects required Ability and willingness to wear a toolbelt and perform light carpentry work as needed Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standards Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred Must be able to commute to project sites throughout Boston and surrounding areas What's on Offer Base salary up to $110,000 (exceptional candidates considered up to $115,000) Compensation structured to account for no vehicle allowance Opportunity to work on prestigious custom residential projects Clear career growth and advancement opportunities Stable pipeline of projects throughout Greater Boston Collaborative leadership team with a strong track record of promoting from within
