Job Description Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Luxury Multifamily should have: Experience with managing luxury multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on-site teams effectively. Problem-solving skills to address construction challenges quickly.
