Job Description

Residential Construction Project Manager. We are looking for a Full-time Residential Construction Project Manager for our growing Custom Home Construction & Renovation Company based in Chagrin Falls, OH. We offer our employees the opportunity to be an integral part of a close-knit group with the common goal of moving the company forward.

Position Requirements:
Experience dealing with Civil, Sitework, Excavation, and Foundation Must be willing to travel to / work in the Sandusky / Huron, OH area Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel) Ability to work with Smartphones & Apps Preferred 5+ years' Experience in Residential Construction Experience/Certification with Procore, or other Construction Management & Scheduling Software (Not Required, but Strongly Encouraged) Strong Communication Skills with Clarity Attention to Detail Innate Problem-solving Abilities Optimum Organizational Skills Cheerful & Sociable Disposition Motivation to Take Action / Accept Multiple Solutions Value Relationships
  • True Team Player Progressive Thinking Possess the Quality of Integrity, Honesty, and Transparency Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, Ability to lift 50lbs, High School Diploma or G.
E.D. Minimum Ability to work 40-50 hours a week when necessary

Project Vision & Work Plan Schedule Development & Maintenance Work with Superintendent to develop clarity
  • Identify & solve constraints Use of Project Management Software, Specifically Procore & SmartSheets Project Development Change Orders, Budget Maintenance, Commitments, and Invoicing Cater to client needs and company reputation Attend Weekly project meetings Enforce quality control measures Manage subcontractors & workflow Assist Architectural and Design Team in Design Development Oversee multiple projects depending on size of project Benefits Competitive Salary Commensurate on Experience 6 Paid Holidays per Year Paid Sick Leave & Vacation Yearly Bonus Based on Performance Profit Sharing Contribution to Retirement Funds Opportunity for Internal Growth & Development Enjoyable, Energetic Team Oriented Culture Opportunity to Work on Unique Projects ________________________________________ Pre-Employment Requirements As part of our commitment to safety, security, and client trust, all candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening .
