- not typical commercial construction. This role is about owning projects from concept through completion and staying closely connected to both the design and execution sides of the work. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full project lifecycle from initial sale through closeout
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Work closely with design teams to interpret and refine plans and specifications
- Lead communication with clients and ensure strong relationships throughout the project
- Monitor materials, equipment approvals, and overall project progress
- Stay engaged with execution to ensure projects are delivered the right way What We're Looking For
- Experience managing construction projects involving MEP, mechanical, or system-based scopes
- Background in design-build, industrial, manufacturing, or technically complex projects
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive projects to completion
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments What This Role Is NOT
- Not standard office / retail / multifamily construction
- Not a facilities or maintenance role
