Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction. Develop project schedules in partnership with field leadership and project teams. Oversee estimating, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management activities. Analyze project costs and ensure strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners. Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business development. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Strong experience managing both ground-up and renovation/TI projects. Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Estimating and preconstruction experience is highly preferred and considered a critical component of the role. Experience with project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Strong client-facing communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and procurement. Offer Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary starting at $130,000+ depending on experience. Annual profit-sharing opportunity. Employees participate in a profit-sharing program after eligibility requirements are met, with historical payouts ranging from approximately $3,000
