Job Description Lead all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with safety protocols (preferred).
