ODOT bridge work. Heavy concrete. A field team that needs a true structures lead, not a building super. ???????????? ????????????????: Run the job in the field from mobilization to closeout. Lead crews and subs, drive the schedule, and keep safety, quality and DOT documentation tight. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:
- Superintendent or senior foreman experience on heavy civil projects
- Bridge or structures work: foundations, substructure, decks, cast-in-place concrete
- Confidence working to state DOT specs and inspection
- ODOT project experience
- Experience running self-perform crews ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????:
- upto $180,000 + Bonus
- Permanent, full-time
- Site-based in the Cleveland, Ohio area
