This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site execution of construction projects in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations. Assign, coordinate, and oversee responsibilities of the project team, including trade-responsible engineers. Manage project financials, including monthly cost forecasting, owner billings, invoice review and approval, and subcontractor management. Collaborate closely with the field team to plan and execute project schedule, safety initiatives, and quality standards. Oversee project and project office setup to support efficient daily operations. Review, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications. Proactively identify and resolve project issues to support successful project outcomes. Lead by example by demonstrating integrity and mentoring junior team members in alignment with company culture.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant construction experience. Experience and competency using construction management software for project collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financials, and field communication. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Preferred:
