Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Construction Manager Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct site inspections to verify work is performed according to plans and specifications Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction progress Train and mentor junior construction representatives and other team members Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets
Salary Range:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $34.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final compensation will be determined based on skills, certifications, and relevant industry experience.Benefits:
