On-Site Supervisor (CDL Required) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle operations based in Findlay, Ohio. This role is responsible for managing drivers, ensuring efficient route operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting multiple nearby facilities. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a hands-on team member with a valid CDL who can operate equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily shuttle operations across multiple locations Provide leadership, guidance, and support to drivers and staff Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Monitor schedules, routes, and performance to maintain efficiency Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site operational issues Step in to drive and operate equipment when necessary Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper maintenance of vehicles Assist with training and onboarding of new drivers

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of transportation or shuttle operations is a plus Willingness to travel between nearby facilities as needed
