Traveling Superintendent - Multi-Family North Canton, Ohio (Travel - Nationwide)

Direct Hire Salary:

$90,000-120,000 (BOE), travel expenses, per diem, Benefits, paid trips home, 401k, PTO, Holiday, etc. As a Construction Traveling Superintendent, you'll spend your days on the road, traveling to various project sites to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is a hands-on mix of leadership, coordination, and problem-solving. Jobsite Relationships & Management Supervise construction crews and occasionally self-perform tasks. Travel to out-of-town projects as needed. Resolve issues efficiently, foster team alignment, and model our core values daily. Maintaining the Schedule Direct subcontractors and vendors to keep work on track. Maintain and update the schedule, solve problems that could cause delays, and assist with field reporting and inspections. Step in to self-perform rough/finish carpentry or jobsite cleanup as necessary. Managing Onsite Job Costs Inspect trade work and track field-related cost impacts. Coordinate with Project Managers to keep project costs within budget. Safety & Quality Monitor and enforce jobsite safety protocols. Lead weekly safety meetings and verify all subcontractor compliance. Maintain a clean and organized site while ensuring quality standards are met. Punch List & Closeout Oversee final punch list creation, assignment, and completion. Coordinate with field personnel and subs to ensure every detail is finalized. Evaluate subcontractor performance for review. Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up/renovation multifamily or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel nationwide - with company-covered lodging and per diem Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
