What You'll Be Doing:

As Field Supervisor, you'll be the person making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and roofing crews on job sites Ensuring safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed Coordinating material deliveries and verifying inventory Serving as on-site quality control for roofing projects Communicating with clients, crews, and suppliers Scheduling inspections and permits Addressing jobsite issues quickly and professionally Providing leadership and support to field crews Hauling dump trailers and coordinating debris removal when needed

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of roofing or exterior remodeling experience Leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret work orders and project scopes Strong time management and organization skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to back a truck and dump trailer Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

Travel within approximately a 50-mile radius of the office Some evenings or Saturdays when projects require it Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions At Elite, we believe strong field leaders are the backbone of the company.
