Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Job Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage construction crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications Manage and coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools to meet deadlines Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide crews effectively Oversee quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project standards Manage subcontractors and crew members, providing clear instructions, supervision, and performance feedback Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, contract compliance, and progress reporting Qualifications Proven experience supervising construction sites within residential, commercial or heavy civil projects Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and perform detailed blueprint reading Skilled in project scheduling, managing teams in a construction management role, and supervising multiple crews simultaneously Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and resolve on-site issues promptly Familiarity with managing contracts, budgets, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle Valid experience with pipeline projects is a plus Ability to operate Machinery is a plus Join our team as a Job Site Supervisor where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
