Job Description
Our flooring installation manager oversees field operations, schedules crews, and controls project quality for residential job sites. They coordinate material logistics, manage labor budgets, and resolve technical and customer issues. Manage daily installation schedules and assign work to internal crews or independent contractors. Inspect active jobsites to enforce quality control, safety compliance, and manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot complex field challenges such as uneven substrates, moisture problems, and adhesive failures. Coordinate material ordering, warehouse staging, and pre-job site measurements. Recruit, train, and evaluate installation personnel to build a skilled workforce. Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations and project timeline updates. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in carpet, hardwood, LVP/LVT, and tile installation. Proven track record in field supervision or project management. Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans, and finish schedules. Deep knowledge of floor prep, moisture testing, and industry standards. Strong scheduling, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Valid driver's license for regular jobsite travel.
