Position:

Job Superintendent Start Date:

as soon as possible Compensation package: Compensation based on experience. Time and a half for overtime. Compensation to be reviewed after first 6 months and then again at 1 year. Then annually. 2 weeks vacation. Sick days as needed. Health insure for Employee. Company plan includes dental and vision. Employee responsible for 20% of premium as payroll deduction. ProBuilt 401K retirement plan with up to 6% company match ProBuilt to provide company cell phone and Ipad to use for work-related tasks. Annual Profit Bonus Payment Opportunities depending on overall profit of the company $450.00 monthly vehicle stipend to reimburse for vehicle usage, repairs/replacements (ie brakes, shocks, tires, etc) and insurance. ProBuilt Homes credit card for gasoline purchases & scheduled maintenance like oil changes and tire rotation.

Qualifications:

Basic Construction Knowledge required Advanced Construction Knowledge preferred Vehicle to drive to job sites - required Truck preferred This job requires physical labor and the ability to carry over 30 pounds.

Duties:

Assist Project Managers as needed with scheduling, photos, updating project management software, etc. Onsite project supervision and subcontractor management Keep Jobsite clean, safe, and organized Attend weekly construction meetings as needed Client support - make a truly "Building Better" experience
