Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and providing leadership at one site. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and their families.
On Call Duties Required Responsibilities:
Following the ISP (individual Service Plan) for the individuals being served. Ensure that the individuals we serve are receiving quality services and are engaged with the community. Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies Supervise Direct Support Professionals and make sure they are thoroughly trained and provide the best possible services. Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services are provided and coverage is in place for all shifts. Maintain accurate documentation of resident information and activities Maintaining Health and Safety of the individuals in your care while maintaining their living space. Providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment for our clients while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times. Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life. Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Providing personal care assistance which includes all ADL's. Bringing a smile to the faces of those you serve after an outing together like the Zoo!
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Individuals rights
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or hospice care is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
