Position Summary:
E.S. Wagner Company has an excellent opportunity for a Grade Foreman . A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment. Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production. Ensure construction per plan requirements. Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project. Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports. Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of grade experience. Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment. Excellent team and communication skills. Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances. Pre-employment drug screening required No phone calls, please.
