Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team at Heitmeyer Building and Design. This role will provide crucial support to our Design and Production Team while aiding in Sales & Marketing. The ideal individual will excel in multitasking, be able to work independently, and be a self starter. This role can be full or part time depending on applicants needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist head designer in daily tasks
Material selection collaboration with head designer/homeowner
Research designs/materials
Bid/Quote/Ordering/follow ups
Order procurement for our Design & Production Team
Product Pickup and Delivery to jobsite
Prepare detailed job books and selection sheets
Photograph jobs regularly and at completion
Collaborate on content creation for social media

Position Requirements:

Previous Experience in the construction industry
Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively
Strong Organizational Skills with Keen Attention to Detail
Proficiency in Office Suite products (especially One Drive and Excel)
