A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist head designer in daily tasks
- Material selection collaboration with head designer/homeowner
- Research designs/materials
- Bid/Quote/Ordering/follow ups
- Order procurement for our Design & Production Team
- Product Pickup and Delivery to jobsite
- Prepare detailed job books and selection sheets
- Photograph jobs regularly and at completion
- Collaborate on content creation for social media
Position Requirements:
- Previous Experience in the construction industry
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively
- Strong Organizational Skills with Keen Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Office Suite products (especially One Drive and Excel)
