Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team at Heitmeyer Building and Design. This role will provide crucial support to our Design and Production Team while aiding in Sales & Marketing. The ideal individual will excel in multitasking, be able to work independently, and be a self starter. This role can be full or part time depending on applicants needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist head designer in daily tasks
- Material selection collaboration with head designer/homeowner
- Research designs/materials
- Bid/Quote/Ordering/follow ups
- Order procurement for our Design & Production Team
- Product Pickup and Delivery to jobsite
- Prepare detailed job books and selection sheets
- Photograph jobs regularly and at completion
- Collaborate on content creation for social media
Position Requirements:
- Previous Experience in the construction industry
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively
- Strong Organizational Skills with Keen Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Office Suite products (especially One Drive and Excel)
