A Construction Site Manager runs day-to-day operations on a construction site and controls the short-term schedule on the site. Also performs important quality control and coordinates subcontractors. Often works in cooperation with construction project manager.

If you have : Experience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contacts Experience in contract compliance Excellent customer service Experience with purchasing and ERP systems Inventory management experience Strong knowledge of windows-based operating system and software Strong written and oral communication skills Superior project management skills Experience working with and managing cross functional teams Technical knowledge of cutting tools and MRO products Knowledge of industrial vending equipment Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading a team of at least 10 members Time management skills Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation A typical day may look like this : Oversee all site operations Address customer concerns in a timely manner Ensure employees are properly trained and working safely Extensive interaction with staff i.e., scheduling, problem solving, Inventory, and team building Discipline employees as outlined in the US Tool company handbook Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries Investigate inventory discrepancies Report any pertinent issues to Program Manager Interact with customer and suppliers regarding project management Participate in Cost Savings Program Manage inventory Assist with developing quotes as needed Manage customer reports- development, distribution, accuracy. Attend regularly scheduled meetings with customer. Other duties assigned 80% Walking/Standing 20% Sitting Lifting up to 50 lbs.
