Job Description:
Responsible for overall site administration (PO enters, timesheets, etc.) while reporting to the Site Supervisor Assists in the administration of receiving of truck loads / checking in drivers Records amounts of materials or items received via appropriate computer program Assist site supervisor with general office administration
Pay Range:
$20.00 per hour

Not applicable
Shifts:
Wednesday - Friday from 8pm to last truck
Job Requirements:
High communication skills both written and oral Strong focus on customer service (when dealing with both internal and external customers) Organizational skills Mathematical skills Adaptable to new computer systems Attention to detail Time management Microsoft office experience (excel, outlook, etc.) Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers) Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) Safety shoes are required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Other duties as assigned
