We specialize in construction management, design-build services, and pre-engineered metal building projects throughout Ohio. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving problems, and working in a collaborative, hands-on construction environment. Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from initial planning through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and material deliveries. Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs. Manage change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety. Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions. Coordinate project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Qualifications Required:

Experience in commercial or industrial construction, project management, or a related construction leadership role. Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently. Proficiency with computers and construction management software. Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

Experience with design-build or construction management projects. Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) or structural steel construction. Background in estimating, field supervision, or subcontractor coordination. Familiarity with project cost management and construction scheduling. Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
