Job Description

Experience:
Manager Salary:
$50 - $60 per hour Job Details - We're seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for electrical construction projects. This role will manage quality processes, lead internal and external audit activities, and partner with project teams to ensure installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project quality control plans and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct field inspections and quality audits of electrical installations, materials, and workmanship. Support
ISO 9001
compliance through documentation, internal audits, and continuous improvement. Identify deficiencies, document nonconformances, and oversee corrective actions through resolution. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to resolve quality issues and prevent rework. Maintain inspection reports, testing records, and turnover documentation while supporting jobsite safety requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years in quality control or quality assurance within large-scale electrical construction projects. Preferable large commercial and/or heavy-industrial. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, and auditing practices. Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Experience managing inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality and safety. Willingness to work 6 / 10 hour days.
