Job Description

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and wants to play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and running smoothly. We are currently looking for a Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our Northwood location.
Position Summary:
The Plumbing Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the project team, plumbing department, and Project Manager to keep projects running efficiently from start to finish. This position ensures the seamless coordination of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation so work is completed on time and without disruption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of details, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes.

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations support role is required Experience working in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or a related trades environment is strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and office staff in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management or construction software is a plus Ability to read and interpret basic project documents, schedules, and work orders is preferred Strong time management skills and ability to work independently while supporting a team Comfortable handling a high volume of moving parts including labor coordination, materials tracking, and documentation Professional, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to changing project needs
