None Required The Opportunity Step into a pivotal site leadership role where your expertise drives the successful execution of ground-up commercial and interior renovation projects. You will have direct exposure to project owners, serving as both a field leader and a key representative of our organization. How You Will Make an Impact Oversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, government projects and interior renovations valued between $1 million and $10 million. Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure precise, high-quality field execution. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and owners to keep critical project schedules strictly on track. Serve as a direct face of the company to owners, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and driving strong client relationships. Manage construction workflows using modern computer software and digital communication tools. Enforce rigorous safety and quality assurance protocols across all active job sites. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7 years of related work experience managing field construction projects. Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, government projects and interior renovation construction projects in the 1M-10M range. Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on complex architectural drawings and project specifications. Proven computer literacy and experience using technology for project communication and schedule management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Must reside within a 1-hour commute of the Warrensville Heights, OH office. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Prior supervisory experience on federal or government-contracted job sites. Active OSHA certifications, Fall Protection, or Lift operation training credentials.
