$110,000 - $135,000 per year Job Details -
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development design. EIT required, PE license preferred. Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects. Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements. Background in project coordination and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for diverse backlog of projects. Ability to perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports. Experience coordinating with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders. Understanding of permitting and entitlement processes associated with site development projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
