Project Management Manage the successful completion of assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout in collaboration with the project manager. Ensure adherence to the project schedule. Assist with scope and schedule reviews with potential subcontractors to select the most qualified subcontractor. Client and Stakeholder Relations Serve as a liaison with owners, architects, and consultants on all field and constructability issues. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, project teams, consultants/architects/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent communities, trade unions, and governmental agencies. Professionally represent MAC Construction, Inc. and build trust and positive experiences for clients. Safety and Quality Assurance Ensure MAC Construction's safety and quality standards are adhered to by assertively championing MAC's safety culture to the project team and subcontractors. _______________________________________________________________ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS OF A MAC SUPERINTENDENT
Proficiency in Procore, Planswift, Bluebeam, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred At least five years of experience as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent role in the construction industry. Must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades, sequence of work, and relevant technology. Be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Adhere strictly to the MAC drug free workplace policy and pass all requested drug screens. _______________________________________________________________COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The typical annual base salary range for this role is $100- $115k. The base salary offer will depend on experience and other relevant factors. In addition to the above compensation, as a member of the MAC team, you are eligible for the following benefits: Individual Healthcare and Dental coverage (80/20 split for employee, 50/50 split for dependents) 401k Plan
