Construction Superintendent Requirements:
Construction Superintendent or Construction / Project Management experience required Experience Managing Commercial, Institutional, Renovation, Site Development, or Campus Construction Projects required Willing to Travel between Colcord, OK, & Adair, OK required "Jack of All-Trades" with broad experience on multiple construction disciplines preferred Experience with Building Construction and Site/Civil Projects preferredConstruction Superintendent Rewards:

This role involves managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and campus improvement projects across two Christian camp and retreat campuses Responsibilities include overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating contractors and trades, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site inspections, and supporting daily construction activities Additional duties may include permitting, project documentation, facility and infrastructure upgrades, and coordinating with maintenance and leadership teams Work may involve renovations, new construction, site development, civil projects, cabins, lodges, dining halls, conference centers, ministry buildings, recreational facilities, roads, utilities, and other campus construction projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
