CLIENT HIGHLIGHT

LOCATION
Oklahoma (projects near Elk City / Clinton area•approx. 1 hr 45 min from Oklahoma City)
COMPENSATION
Competitive hourly rate with per diem•flexible depending on experience
SCHEDULE 50-60
hours per week expected ~10-hour workdays
Rotation:
Project-based schedule (high hours, field environment) Early July start preferred
CONTRACT TERM
6-month contract with strong likelihood for extension
POSITION OVERVIEW
•Site Manager•Wind Repower Projects We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to support wind repower and corrective projects. This individual will oversee field execution, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure safe and efficient completion of turbine repowering activities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with large component repowers and major corrective projects, along with strong familiarity with Vestas turbine platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee site execution for wind turbine repower and corrective work Coordinate daily field activities with site teams, contractors, and leadership Support and collaborate closely with Site Manager (working alongside existing leadership) Ensure safe work practices and compliance with project standards Manage schedules, field logistics, and workforce coordination Monitor progress of large component replacements and structural reinforcement work Support quality control efforts across civil and electrical scopes Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Proven experience in wind turbine repower projects, specifically: Large component replacements (gearboxes, blades, nacelles, etc.) Major corrective / retrofit / upgrade scopes Strong experience with Vestas turbines (V110 or similar platforms preferred) Prior experience in a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager role Hands-on field experience in wind farm construction, installation, or repower environments Ability to work extended hours (50-60 hrs/week) in a field-based setting Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with foundation reinforcement or structural upgrades Background in both civil and electrical scopes Experience working on multi-site or large-scale wind projects Site Manager•Wind Repower Projects Elk City, OK Contract, Per diem Contract, Per diem
