Responsibilities Include:
Work closely with Superintendent to coordinate schedule for the day Ensure projections are accurate and houses are completed on time and to quality standards Monitor and coordinate the progress of subcontractors Assist in obtaining permits, plots, and plans for inspections Unlock houses for subcontractors Complete punch list items Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills; basic math skills; high level of motivation with customer service focus; work well with others; meet deadlines; understand construction concepts including the ability to read and understand construction drawing and specifications. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. 2-3 years of experience in the construction field and punch list experience preferred.
