Summary As a Nursing Assistant at Heart for Seniors Home Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our senior clients. This position is essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those we serve, contributing to our mission of compassionate home healthcare. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client needs and changes in condition. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Support clients in managing their medications as prescribed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role in senior care is preferred. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and empathy. Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families. Familiarity with medical documentation practices is beneficial. Basic knowledge of infectious disease care and urgent care procedures is a plus. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
